Attendance The position requires ability to work 40 hours per week. Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call on a rotating basis and for emergencies. Physical Requirements Lead Maintenance will spend 90 to 95 percent of their time performing hands-on repairs/maintenance work. Working Conditions/Tools Required The position requires employees to furnish their own tools and vehicle to perform daily routine tasks around the property.
