Description: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Champion the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they meet timelines, quality standards, and business objectives. Lead and manage a high-performance development team, motivating them to meet and exceed project delivery expectations.

Provide expert technical leadership to the development team, setting high standards for code quality, best practices, and innovative solutions. Implement and oversee agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and other agile practices to ensure efficient project delivery. Actively contribute innovative ideas and solutions for modernization projects, identifying areas for improvement

and proposing forward-looking strategies. Implement cloud-based data processing techniques for scalable, efficient, and timely data analysis and storage to meet project milestones.

Tackle complex technical challenges and troubleshoot issues promptly to keep projects on track for timely delivery. Work effectively with cross-functional teams, adapt to different programming languages and technologies, and communicate ideas and changes clearly to team members. Job Qualifications: A minimum of 8 years in software and application development, with a strong track record of project delivery. Proven experience as a technical lead, including successful team management.

Strong proficiency in Java, Spring, Python Apache Beam, and related technologies (e. g. Big Data frameworks such as Hadoop and Spark). Agile methodology mastery, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. Expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, with a focus on Big Query for data analysis and processing. Expertise in algorithms and algorithmic optimization for data retrieval and manipulation. Strong skills in file I/O, storage mechanisms, and memory management. Knowledge of C#, Golang or Rust is preferred. Expertise in geospatial technology is preferred.

Proficiency in popular geospatial extensions and plugins for Postgre SQL, including Post GIS, pg Routing, and pointcloud preferred but not needed. Skills A forward-thinking approach, driving innovation to improve project delivery processes and achieve timely goals. Highly analytical mindset, capable of dissecting complex problems and finding efficient solutions, including those related to geospatial data analysis. Expertise in data structures, ensuring efficient data storage and manipulation. Students will focus on honing their emergency skills including obtaining patient vitals, processing laboratory samples, caring for hospitalized patients, triaging emerging cases, and collaborating in a fast-paced environment. If you're as interested in emergency medicine as we are, we'd love to have you! Note: This is an unpaid externship and rabies vaccinations are required unless your school's rabies mitigation policy allows you to be unvaccinated

and still handle unvaccinated pets. Primary Purpose Parkland Community Health Plan’s (PCHP’s) Certified Coding Specialist will serve as PCHP’s coding expert and is responsible for collaborating with and advising various PCHP teams on coding related projects, processes, and issues.

The Certified Coding Specialist will monitor AMA/CMS/DHHS publications to detect changes that affect PCHP clinical and claims processes and will provide support as PCHP adds new programs and products. Minimum Specifications

Education High School diploma or equivalent is required. Experience Three years of coding experience in a health care or managed care setting. Three years of experience working with CPT/HCPCS, ICD-10-CM/PCS, and DRG coding guidelines and practices.

Claims processing experience is preferred. Experience at a managed care organization is preferred. Certification/Registration/Licensure Certified through the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) as one of the following: Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), Certified Coding Associate (CCA) OR Certified through American Association of Procedural Coders (AAPC) as one of the following: Certified Professional Coder (CPC), or

Certified Professional Coder – Payer (CPC-P) Skills or Special Abilities Knowledge of CPT/HCPCS, ICD-10-CM/PCS, and DRG coding guidelines and practices.
