Agile Framework: Implement and champion the principles of the Agile process ensuring agile methodologies are followed. Required Qualifications : Minimum 5 years working experience in object-oriented software design and development using Java.

2+ years working in an Agile environment. Understanding of SW fundamentals and SW development lifecycle. Experience with Requirements derivation and testing. Experience with software execution throughout the entire software life cycle (preliminary design through maintenance phases). Software and system-level debugging experience including the ability to identify problems in established code and make modifications as necessary. Debug existing software and correct defects. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to prioritize and make data-driven decisions. The ability to obtain and maintain a U. S. government issued secret security clearance is required. U. S. citizenship is required, as only U. S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Experience with code analysis tools such as JUnit, and Coverity. Experience related to ISR Satellite Ground Systems and/or UAS Ground System Operations. Experience with subcontractor interaction (ability to work directly with subcontractor engineering teams). Experience integrating software (modules, components, subsystems, COTS, FOSS). Experience preparing and presenting status information and technical material. Experience working on an Agile Scrum team. They also order parts if needed, and install replacement parts, including reassembling circuit boards or motor components.
