knowledge of weights and measurements as it relates to volume measurement.

Demonstrates the competence to complete prep work including, but not limited to slicing lunch meat, chopping fruits & vegetables, preparing salads and sandwiches, short order grill cook, specialty pizza prep, handcrafted specialty coffee/tea hot and cold beverages, etc. Serves in Retail locations demonstrating competence in food presentation, proper portion control, and plating techniques.
