Follows Little Caesars' and DMG's guidelines, including food handling and safety procedures in the restaurant. Always makes the best use of time and resources; seeks ways to reduce costs. Prevents loss by knowing and complying with DMG's safety rules. Identifies the sequence of tasks and the resources needed to achieve a goal, and prioritizes key action steps. Anticipates

the impacts and risks of decisions and actions. Contributes to overall team readiness Orders and displays signage to ensure all products are properly priced.

Assists in achieving projected sales goals and controlling both labor and food costs. Assists in maintaining and auditing food and non-food inventory levels in accordance with company guidelines. Completes opening and closing duties. Assists management with receiving and storing of food items and supplies. Makes appropriate decisions in a fast paced environment. (side work, station plan, etc. ). Performs all other duties as assigned by the Food Service Manager and/or General Manager. QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Hands-on knowledge, training and/or experience in Basic Microbiology, Basic Chemistry, Sanitation, and HACCP. Work history in the last 12 months. Ability to effectively communicate in Spanish (speak, read, and write).
