The Cheoy Lee Luders is ready to go. The owner is just completing a 3-week cruise. New Roller Furling and Large Genoa. Rebuilt Perkins Engine. The Luders needs some loving care, but most of it is cosmetic due to age. The biggest cosmetic issue is water damage to the wood around port windows.

The settee pulls out for another berth. The dinette is offset to port and converts to a double berth. It is a solid, capable racer/cruiser with construction many would say is bluewater worthy. Seller Notes: "The boat has three brand new batteries.... one dedicated to the engine, as a starter battery, with a switch to isolate, and two deep-cycle batteries for house batteries..... in addition to the main tank for diesel, it does have the new aluminum forty gallon, and in addition to that is the sixteen gallon aluminum, with gauge, and fuel pump to pump the forty or sixteen aft to engine..... also it should be noted that there is all brand new Brian Toss rigging, oversized stainless, brand new main sail, foresail, and foresail, and staysail is on roller furling...... I am 72, and can sail this ocean goer single handed, from the cockpit..... all brand new cockpit cushions, covered with new teal sunbrella, biggest, and most spacious bed in the house, as it has a center cushion so entire cockpit makes into a bed.... there are porthole covers for all upper deck portholes, with sand in the bottom of them to keep them hanging even under severe wind conditions. they are all snap removable...... There is now a full cockpit cover, in teal Sunbrella, with removable side windows, it can be sailed with full cover, or just bimini..... a clear plastic "Window" is planned for the bimini so you can see the main sail inside the cockpit when the top is on........ This is a get in and go boat...... it has planned a tongue, and groove ceiling in cedar, but the price will go up when it is in, and the new dinette area has new velour upholstery."
