Patient Transportation Coordinator Location: Puerto Rico The Patient Transportation Coordinator is responsible for ensuring appropriate transportation services for members/patients in a timely manner. How you will make an impact Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Facilitates transportation services by coordinating

with the external/internal transportation service provider. Assigns routes and ensures the effective fulfillment of member's/patient's transfer between the place of residence and the corresponding health service or treatment center.
