A patio door off the kitchen leads to an adorable little deck. Flooring throughout the unit is newer: carpet is in excellent, stain-free condition; laminate floors are very nice and easy to maintain. The unit features a two-car garage as well as one overflow parking spot. Tenant is responsible for expanded cable, internet, electric,
and gas (heat). My utility bills have been very reasonable.
Property manager takes care of trash, lawn care, and snow removal. They're also great about keeping the exterior of the unit nice and clean: They routinely wash the windows/siding and spray for insects. And they just repainted the deck. Pets are permitted for an extra fee.
