Board (FASB), and federal, state, and local income, property, and payroll taxes.

Asset Management Fixed Assets/ Construction Work Orders: Responsible for the accounting associated with the fixed asset module of the enterprise resource program, along with all related accounting processes. Responsible for the timeliness of closing work orders and general plant to fixed assets. Supervises the Fixed Asset Accountant and Work Order Technician. Reviews various reconciliations performed by staff members. Understands and supports the business needs of other departments as it pertains to fixed asset accounting and reporting. Identify areas of opportunity to increase automations and efficiencies within the current processes and assist or initiate process improvement to enhance productivity and strengthen controls.
Responsible for supporting schedules for audit and property tax reporting. Coordinate monthly communications with the engineering department to ensure open and timely processing of work orders. Vehicle: Oversee the coordination with the facilities & fleet department to set up new vehicles in fleet management module and the asset module.
