for our more than 1,300 employees who serve our community. FCH Enterprises, Inc is currently seeking a Loss Prevention Manager. In this role, primarily responsible for overseeing the Loss Prevention Department, managing audits and investigations to minimize potential loss for the organization.
The ideal candidate will have: Must be able to work Monday through Friday, between 7:00am and 5:00pm or more as needed to complete work responsibilities Must be able to work flexible hours (weekends and evenings) if needed Must have at least one year experience in managerial position Good decision-making skills (uses independent judgment) Good backssment skills Planning/organizational skills (ability
to set long-term or short-term goals, measures, time frames, and coordinate multiple tasks/activities, prioritize) Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language required; ability to write professionally to respond to customers and co-workers Essential Functions: Aware of the goals and direction of the Company and align all decisions and activities of the Loss Prevention department to support that direction and achieve the goals Develops best practices for a corporate security program, which addresses all areas of security within the organization; sets up and maintains procedures and processes to minimize loss forthe company Oversee and conduct audits schedule for cash, free food,
Zipsters fraud, cash handling and cashier functions and all areas connected to potential loss for the organization Responsible for providing accurate details of investigations for Operations to make good decisions on employees' continued employment Research all large shortages for cashiers and servers and resolve situations Handles the placement of cameras and set up for supporting software for stores for monitoring Handles alarm monitoring systems at all locations and divisions, along with security codes Upon request, conduct investigations for customer situations, which could include theft, loss items, walk outs, etc.
