Monitors and evaluates execution for assigned programs to ensure funds are executed in accordance with approved operating budgets and other financial requirements. Assists in projecting and tracking obligations and expenditures within organization throughout the execution phase of the annual operating budget. Verifies and ensures requirements included in budgets are consistent with organization's mission and
requirements. Analyzes and summarizes historical data to identify trends and backss funding requirements. Prepares data summaries for inclusion in routine and special reports on budget execution.

OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18. Add the two percentages. All qualification requirements, including time-in-grade and time after competitive appointment, must be met by the closing date of this announcement.
