Proven experience with Visual Studio and source control applications/methods. Working knowledge of relational database principles with such databases as SQL. Assist in the development of automated reporting and identify efficiencies in reporting processes. Work with Investor Relations and business line Controllers to identify and understand business needs. Translate those needs into requirements and deliverables. Work with technical and development partners to deliver solutions based on requirements. Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and work effectively as an individual
and as part of a team in a fast paced, challenging environment with multiple and competing priorities.
Work on and identify improvement initiatives withing the corporate reporting team that deliver positive user experience, efficiency, and operational risk outcomes. Facilitate team discussions of innovative ways to improve products and services. Translate strategy into actionable tasks, and work with cross-functional agile teams to ensure execution on those requirements. Identify problems and develop recommendations for resolution. Qualifications: 1-4 years of banking experience with a focus on finance or accounting Bachelor’s degree required, accounting or finance major preferred, CPA a plus.
Knowledge of Workiva wdesk and Microsoft Office applications, primarily, Excel (advanced formulas, power query a plus) Word and Power Point Essbase and Smart View experience a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of and experience with SEC Reporting preferred (Regulations S-K and S-X) Knowledge of and experience in the banking industry is a plus.
