This role requires successful completion of all exams. Build and Solidify Skills: -You'll continue to spend four days a week working

from home and one day a week in an Investor Center, where you'll support customers with increasing complexity to develop and hone your skills.

You'll have dedicated time each week to develop new skills and to connect and refuel by networking with colleagues, taking online classes, and more! Once you complete this training journey, you'll transition to working fully on-site in an Investor Center. Depending on business need, you might spend more time working remotely supporting inbound phone customers before you transition to an Investor Center.
