Provides support to Preconstruction, Prequalification Department, and AP to ensure all Subcontractors are prequalified and suppliers/vendors are set up in E1. 9. Work with Project Team and Suppliers/Subcontractors to ensure procurement activities and contracts are prioritized and occurring to support the project schedule.

10. Work with Project Team to develop and maintain Procurement Matrix and Project Dashboard. 11. Work with Project Team, Preconstruction, and Legal Team, as necessary, to ensure contract verbiage and documents are up to date and agreed upon. This position will ensure the work order process is being managed and completed in an efficient and accurate manner. The goals are to assist the service manager throughout the

work day and take care of our customer and technician needs. The primary responsibilities of the position consist of, but are not limited to: Provide support to the service manager.

Obtain purchase order (PO) number from the customer if the customer's protocol is to give out PO's. Input technician job repair write ups located in our business system. This will be done daily on all jobs that are completed and in process. Prepare all work orders ready to close for the service manager to review once the job is completed. Have all work orders closed when job is completed. Responsible for all time entries and payroll for the shop and field technicians. All payroll must be approved by

the service manager prior to submission. Periodically will call customer to provide updates or obtain additional information from them.

Follow up with other inter-company departments on open issues. Incorporate Alta's Guiding Principles into daily activities. Performs other duties as assigned. Desired Skills and Qualifications: Previous billing and customer service experience is highly preferred. Must have strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Assist in teaching clinics for men, women, and juniors. Assist with tennis camp lessons throughout the summer and holiday seasons. Assist in the planning, supervising, and running of racquet events at Desert Mountain. Aid in coaching process by analyzing play in practice, matches, and leagues.

Enhance teaching and instruction through the use of video and other teaching aids. Stay abreast of knowledge and trends in teaching methods and styles, and racquets, paddles, balls and courts (including construction and materials). Off Court: Restring and/or regrip racquets for members and guests, and new demo racquets as needed. Assist in coordinating activities relating to league play (ex. Women’s Interclub Tennis League and Arizona Tennis Association). Perform event evaluations to improve and enhance future events and activities. Promote events, clinics, leagues, and activities by calling members.

Maintain presence amongst the members to promote yourself and the tennis program whenever possible. Other duties as assigned by the Director of Racquet Sports.
