Possess a blend of big picture design ideas with detail orientation and an obsession for creativity REQUIREMENTS 5+ years experience defining and driving the design process and direction for large interactive projects for web and other media.
Proven experience in generating creative ideas and concepts. Strong design portfolio packed with expertise in all things digital. Driven to lead the design team and propel the company forward. Excellent knowledge of information architecture, user interface essentials, interaction design, style guide creation. Knowledge in motion design is a plus.
