today. We are seeking a Software Development Manager to join Zions Bancorporation. The Software Development Manager plays a key role in building high performance teams and delivering exceptional customer experience through new application features and enhancements.

You will lead a development team focused on customer facing websites using industry leading platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Launch, Google Analytics and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will be closely aligned with the Enterprise Marketing organization and work with Portfolio and Product Managers, Product Owners, and technology stakeholders to deliver solutions using SAFe agile methodologies. Your team

will design, develop, configure, test and support technology solutions. Your role will be to drive Dev Ops excellence, help guide and support architectural decisions, and lead QA strategy to ensure the quality, test automation, and reliability of the platform.

The Software Development Manager will: Cultivate operational excellence within the team Provide technical direction/analysis to resolve technical issues that arise Collaborate with patching and other infrastructure support teams Work with other IT groups such as Application Development, SCM, UNIX, Firewalls, F5 team to ensure we have resources or capacity needed and are in a supported environment. Recruit and mentor qualified employees

and contingent workers. Develop customized and integrated solutions across multiple platforms such as AEM, Adobe Launch and Analytics, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Ensure the platform meets the requirements of all stakeholders including business requirements, technology standards, risk and compliance, and operations. Deliver and maintain secure, accurate, available and compliant technology solutions operating within established standards and frameworks. Manage vendor relationships by managing contracts, services, and invoices and ensuring the vendors' performance and contributions align with organizational objectives and strategy. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to ensure that they can define and pursue professional development goals, successfully meet and exceed performance expectations, and feel part of the Zions Bancorporation culture.

Qualifications Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, Java Script)Familiarity with Secure Application Development best practices Working understanding of DNS, Firewalls, Edge deviceinteractionperience managing the development of complex business technology and platforms, systems, processes and tools. Advanced understanding of Dev Ops principles and practices, test engineering, and agile processes; SAFe experience preferred.

Ability to communicate effectively with senior business and technical management vendors and tactical staff employees. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related degree and 6+ years of directly related experience.4+ years of experience managing software development resources Java/J2EE and JSP experience Experience with Adobe Experience Manager is preferred Knowledge of full stack development technologies and tools is a plus Location: This position has a hybrid work from home schedule with a minimum of four days per week in the office at the new Zions Technology Center in Midvale, UT.

We are seeking a proven, highly motivated, service minded individual to help us manage our treasury products in the Zions Bancorp enterprise footprint. What will your day look like? You will be: Providing exceptional customer service to Treasury Management clients on a broad range of issues posed via telephone, email

or in-person. Handling problems/questions related to the various Treasury Management products focused on collections, disbursements, information reporting, fraud protection, account analysis/billing and merchant services.

Opening a Salesforce case for each client issue, responding in a timely fashion, ensuring follow-up is completed within established department SLAs and documenting activity/resolution in the Salesforce case. Identifying the root cause of errors and escalating issues as appropriate/needed to supervisors. Generating product documentation for maintenance requests. Proactively reaching out to clients on system outages/errors to determine workaround solutions. Working with

clients when fraud occurs on their accounts, securing affidavits, facilitating recalls of transactions, coordinating updates with Treasury Sales Officers or Relationship Managers.

Keeping abreast of product updates, reading all product documentation. Adhering to Bank policies and procedures. Assist with special projects as required. Assisting with other duties as the need arises. Hybrid work from home and office position. Who should apply? A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.

Working knowledge of treasury and cash management products, procedures, services, accounting, financial and account analysis. Good customer service, problem solving and communications skills, both verbal and written. The ability to work well with clients and staff as needed. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time management skills. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel and related systems.
