 " Maintenance Tech II" is described as an individual that can perform all maintenance to short term rent ready homes and implement procedures. Tech is required to perform maintenance inspections of residential units, and report information. Delivery, pickup, maintenance, and inventory of rental delivery equipment (CART). Follow prescribed route for general preventive maintenance on units with extensive knowledge

of repair of residential structural components, cosmetic, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, security, pool, appliances, door/window, furniture, electronics, paint, and flooring.

Follow prescribed route for guest impact maintenance. Follow up and completion of all maintenance related tasks are a must. Tech will have outstanding organization and communication. CURRENT SHIFT NEEDS ARE: Second Shift- 2:30pm-11 pm with weekend and holiday availability Responsibilities: Follow prescribed route and guidelines for comprehensive inspection of rental homes. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in the commercial construction field. Minimum of three (3) or more years of project management Minimum of three (3) or more years of experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point). PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to applicants with Electronics experience. A Florida commercial contractor's license in one or more trades of general building. Formal training and/or education on construction management or trades, architecture, or engineering.

Training and/or experience in the issues related to the Security of inmates and tools on a construction site inside the secure perimeter of an institution. Position Summary: Maintain efficient operation of caser lines and perform equipment changeovers as needed. Position is on 2nd shift: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm. Training will be on 1st shift: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm. Responsibility and Duties: Reload tape machines and un-jam as necessary utilizing proper tagout procedures. Perform machine changeovers from 8 pack to 6 pack. Adjust machinery for optimal production and efficiency. Monitor

product for leakers and take necessary steps to ensure product quality. Performs all necessary quality checks and testing as determined by the Quality Department or management.

Review product specifications to ensure correct packaging material is being utilized and label coding is accurate. Operate and unjam elevators in a safe and effective manner. Wash casers, elevators, and conveyors to maintain safe and sanitary operations. Document carton and case codes as required. Completes associated production paperwork in a neat, timely, and accurate manner. Assist boxer operator when needed. Obtains packaging materials and other necessary materials to perform work and properly utilizes the

Warehouse Management System (WMS) to reflect material usage.
