Ensure the quality of product prior to transferring to shipping department. Coordinate with your team and leaders to resolve problems and ensure production is kept on schedule. Check
random parts to ensure products not up to quality standards are not sent to shipping. Understand and follow all safety programs/processes. Follow and track the production schedule.
Qualifications: Ability to work effectively on a team - required. Ability to maintain a high attention to detail required. Ability to lift up to and including 50 lbs. - required. Ability to stand on your feet in a hot manufacturing environment for at least 10 hours a day. - required At least 1 year of manufacturing or construction experience - preferred. Ability to read prints, required. PLC experience is a plus Past experience with 480 3PH systems, preferred. Be able to fabricate parts and systems and to weld and cut metal parts, preferred Able to measure, make calculations, and apply general geometric concepts, required Be able to make decisions, troubleshoot, and make repairs with little to no supervision, required Education : High School Diploma, required.
