Read Plans and Blueprints Perform Preventative Maintenance Troubleshoot Problems with Electrical Equipment Repair and Maintain Existing Equipment Maintain Maintenance Logs and Records Keep Company machinery running and in good repair Be vigilantly cognizant of safety risks and adhere to strict safety guidelines when working around machinery.
Determine problems with industrial machinery, identifying which systems are failing and what procedures or parts are needed to fix the issue Qualifications : A nalytical, quick-thinker, required. Able to handle tools and various types of industrial equipment, required Able to repair and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems. Calibrate
and maintain circuitry, required Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams, required Industrial electrical experience, required 3 wire control, required Troubleshooting skills, required.
Ability to read prints, required. PLC experience is a plus Past experience with 480 3PH systems, preferred. Be able to fabricate parts and systems and to weld and cut metal parts, preferred Able to measure, make calculations, and apply general geometric concepts, required Be able to make decisions, troubleshoot, and make repairs with little to no supervision, required Education : High School Diploma, required. Experience : At least 1 year previous manufacturing or foundry experience At least 3 years electrical experience
