machines (fryers) over to different cuts, when necessary Routinely change knives to ensure product is of the highest quality Monitor settings and make changes and adjustments, when necessary Continuously check quality test readings for salt levels, moisture levels , oil absorption levels, defects, breakage, and color Run samples on incoming potato loads Fill and monitor salt application machinery Perform minor maintenance on all systems Keep areas neat, clean , orderly, and safe Complete and submit all required paperwork and checklist Keep open lines of communication with fellow departments , maintenance, production, QA, and supervision WEEKLY RESPONSIBILITIES: Keep track of and report all maintenance
