An ideal candidate would be someone who enjoys taking ideas and pieces and creating working mechanical items. Responsibilities: Insures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment including, but not limited to paint pumps, engines, motors, welding equipment, cranes and production machines Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment Fabricate repair parts by using machine shop instrumentation and equipment Parts sourcing General welding equipment maintenance: leads, feeders, power supplies, etc.

Summary: Busy production based facility welders are required to weld, grind, torch-burn, drill and perform any cleaning required to finish product. The welding is all done in position with a Mig welding process. Must show up with steel toed boots with metatarsal guards Pay will be based on experience and the results of an interview and weld test. After probation period welders join the weld team on an incentive-based pay structure. Steel toed boots required! Personal gear - hoods, gloves, coats, hand tools required (can purchase
