The welding is all done in position with a Mig welding process. Must show up with steel toed boots with metatarsal guards Pay will be based on experience and the results of an interview and weld test. After probation period welders join the weld team on an incentive-based pay structure. Steel toed boots required! Personal gear - hoods, gloves, coats, hand tools required (can purchase
