Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required. General knowledge of insurance needed.

Knowledge of other employees benefits besides medical and Qic Link system a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in technical writing and group presentations. Proficient in working independently, with the ability to self-study and research, is a must.
