all shifts as required to meet the educational and inservice requirements for the respiratory care personnel. Qualifications: 1. Successful completion of the Registered Respiratory Therapist (R.
R. T. ) Examination 2. Successful completion of an Associate's Degree in Respiratory Care, or equivalent, is required. Bachelor and/or Master Degree is preferred. 3. Minimum of three (3) year's experience in the field of respiratory care; minimum of one (1) year experience in the care of Perinatal/Pediatrics is required, Minimum of one (1) year experience with a Quality backssment and Improvement program or activity is preferred, Minimum of one (1) year experience with reengineering, redesign,
or process improvement is preferred, Minimum of one (1) year teaching experience is required.
Licenses, Registrations, Certifications: 1. Active R. R. T. Registration is required. 2. Active Delaware License is required. 3. Active or successful completion of Instructor of BLS. 4. Completion of PALS certification is preferred. 5. Successful completion of the Perinatal/Pediatric Specialty Exam offered by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) is required.
