This Manager of Cyber Systems Engineering position is a dual-role management position. Will consider Bachelor's degree with 9 years of technical experience in any combination of Cyber Systems, Software, or Hardware engineering disciplines accompanied by high proficiency in technical problem solving to include decomposition, root cause analysis, solution development; Master's degree with 7 years of experience; or Ph D with 4 years of experience. Must have proven technical management experience preferably in either program IPT, R&D or Advanced Systems, technology, and/or functional environments.

Working knowledge of Program Execution, Staffing, Engineering Metrics and Training resources, Processes, and Tools. Must have a current Do D 8570 IAM Level II Certification (CISSP, CAP, CISM).
