Write programs, appropriate test artifacts, ad hoc queries, and reports. Employ contemporary software development techniques to ensure tests are implemented in a way that supports automation.

POSITION DESCRIPTION: Develop, review, and implement Statewide standards, criteria, procedures, guidelines and engineering tools and computer aided design programs relating to roadway design and construction. Must be able to exercise independent judgment in the formulation and review of these standards, criteria, procedures, guidelines, engineering tools and computer aided design programs which will have a direct impact on construction plans prepared on a Statewide basis.
