Primary Responsibilities: We have a need for a Chief Engineer who can successfully backss customer technical requirements and lead the effort to derive the system

technical baseline for a major new program. This role is key in shaping the system architecture on which future small form factor solutions will be based.

The Chief Engineer will follow technical aspects and performance of the product into the factory and to the customer in future stages if awarded. In this role you will be the ‘hands on’ technical lead of a program, ensuring the system(s), product(s), and service(s) being developed and delivered are viable, fit for purpose, and will satisfy customer needs, product/system requirements, and the mission and/or application.
