On this team, you’ll have the opportunity to create and develop advanced technology capabilities in the areas of advanced electronics, laser and pointer technologies, and sensors and processing. Primary Responsibilities: We have a need for a Chief Engineer who can successfully backss customer technical requirements and lead the effort to derive the system

technical baseline for a major new program. This role is key in shaping the system architecture on which future small form factor solutions will be based.

The Chief Engineer will follow technical aspects and performance of the product into the factory and to the customer in future stages if awarded. In this role you will be the ‘hands on’ technical lead of a program, ensuring the system(s), product(s), and service(s) being developed and delivered are viable, fit for purpose, and will satisfy customer needs, product/system requirements, and the mission and/or application. Key responsibilities include: Leads Technical Solution Definition, Viability and Adequacy for the customer (Technical White Papers, OV1 concepts & Primary Requirements derivation) Leads (system) architecture design and optimization activities, trades and analyses Shapes customer expectations and solutions with proposals and RFI’s to the business area Facilitates all technical reviews to ensure system design is realizable, maintainable, supportable and testable Drives technical risk and opportunity definition, identification, and mitigation/realization Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship status.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills At least 10 years direct experience as Subject Matter Expert in RF EW payloads Experience designing, building, testing and integrating small form factor payloads Demonstrated experience as a technical leader MATLAB / Python / C++ experience specific to modeling and simulation of system architectures Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills MS in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics or a related discipline Requirements development and derivation from top-level needs down to sub-system needs Authoring white papers/RFIs for US Gov't customers Leading or contributing significantly to proposals MBSE experience with Magic Draw SCI Eligible Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $143000 - $243100 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
