Provides a team environment; develops time standards and new processes to enhance the reliability and look of the fleet. Provides high level analysis of failure trends through work orders and part usage. Utilizes Infor/EAM so it provides data on equipment failures and scheduled repairs, Preventative and predictive maintenance practices within COTA; Establish an effective maintenance program to improve troubleshooting techniques of equipment failure and repair.
Develop a program to decrease equipment failures and reduce downtime through development of key performance standards working with Quality Assurance.
