Job Description Summary National Pipe & Plastics, one of the largest PVC pipe producers in North America, is currently seeking a Maintenance Lead– Tooling Changeovers & Equipment Rebuild to join our team at our Endicott, NY location. In this job, you will be responsible for the changeover of production lines between product runs. This is a hands-on role, and will include disassembly of equipment, cleaning, and re-assembly/set-up,
and assisting the process technicians and operators in fine-tuning of the line to run the next product. This position will receive direction from the Maintenance Leadership Team and work closely with the Production team, scheduling and engineering to ensure schedule adherence.
There will be a $1000 sign-on bonus. Responsibilities Manage day to day work activity such as changeovers, PM schedule and repairs Ensure that equipment is properly set up, maintained, and operated according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs or maintenance with the maintenance team Complete rebuild planning by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing

Goods Distribution Center Jefferson 125 Logistics Center Parkway Jefferson GA 30549 JOB SUMMARY Performs work in one or more of the maintenance trades requiring advanced specialized knowledge (e. g. electrical, HVAC, etc. ) Tests, inspects troubleshoots and repairs machines, equipment and/or systems.
Conducts a variety of complex installation and maintenance work to prevent breakdowns and ensure proper functioning of facility, machinery, equipment and applicable systems. REQUIREMENTS Maintains safe, efficient and proper operation of a variety of Distribution Center equipment and systems. Competes tests, inspections, troubleshooting and repairs. Interprets blueprints, sketches, layouts,
wiring diagrams, drawings and specifications. Leads and guides other associates in safety procedures, installations and maintenance. Recommends and implements improvements to equipment, operations and procedures as appropriate.
Oversees and maintains repair, inventory and maintenance logs. Estimates costs, prepares requisitions and contacts vendors for parts and service as necessary. Performs special projects or duties as assigned. Guidance and Contacts specify the number of associates receiving day-to-day guidance/direction. Qualifications: Trade school with completion of a formal apprenticeship program. Four years of experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of a variety
