NATURE AND SCOPE: Individual will assist department management in the planning and scheduling with coordination of planned shutdown work. Individual will work in partnership with the stockroom parts buyer to monitor delivery dates of parts and equipment to ensure timely delivery for scheduled jobs.

Individual will provide pertinent communication with maintenance department personnel regarding the status of parts and equipment ordered, staged materials, and job costing. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Prioritize, schedule, and coordinate daily maintenance activities in assigned area. Research, plan, and prioritize work requests. Order necessary

repairs materials for approved work requests. Prepare purchase requisitions and expedite, as needed, delivery of products and services. Provide estimated time and costs for planning purposes.

Provide a safe working environment by assuring compliance with all applicable codes and laws. Provide interface between maintenance workers, operation personnel, and outside resources. Assist in development of PM’s, predictive maintenance, and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness). Provide training on CMMS systems. Perform other assigned duties as directed by Maintenance Supervisor. AUTHORITY: Plan and prioritize work requests based on shutdown schedules. EXTENDED TRAINING: Support the MCE/Lean process.

Flexibility and improvement of jobs skills are essential. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Mechanical experience is a must.

Experience in maintenance planning and/or scheduling of maintenance to include preventive and predictive planning. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and pressure constraints. Ability to remain calm under adverse circumstances. Creative problem solver. Skilled at recognizing potential areas for improvement. This site specializes in the production frozen potato products. Position Summary : The Maintenance Mechanic Lead is responsible for the safe execution of maintenance work in support of the production lines by performing mechanical duties on industrial equipment. The Maintenance Mechanic

Lead also maximizes the utilization of all maintenance resources, including people, time, and materials.

Additionally, the Maintenance Mechanic Lead will need the ability to use, train, and assist others in blue prints, schematics, and other Piping and Instrumentation Drawings (P & Id’s) to install, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial equipment. The Maintenance Mechanic Lead will be expected to communicate maintenance requirements and parts/supplies needed to repair equipment and keep production running efficiently. Training others on the maintenance team is also a responsibility of the Maintenance Mechanic Lead. Key Responsibilities: The Maintenance Mechanic Lead will need the ability to use, train, and assist others in blue prints, schematics, and other Piping and Instrumentation Drawings (P & Id’s) to install, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial equipment.

Job Summary Candidate will be responsible for the upkeep of the roof and grounds areas of the facility during all seasons and weather conditions. They will perform duties based on a pre-determined schedule or as needed by the supervisor. The candidate will also be responsible for the care of grounds equipment and reporting issues to the supervisor. Essential job duties Mowing, cleaning and watering lawn areas of the plant. Inspecting,

replacing filters, and sanitizing of rooftop air handling/HVAC units in accordance with schedules and procedures. General removal of snow and ice using a vehicle mounted plow, snow blower and shovels.

General cleaning of debris and product buildup from the outside perimeter and rooftop areas of the plant. Perform basic upkeep and maintenance of grounds equipment including lawn mower and associated attachments; pickup truck and plow; sprinkler systems. Reporting all major issues or obstacles to the supervisor in a timely manner. Shift work as needed. Back up boiler operator Fill in for Maintenance. Education/Experience A high school diploma or GED equivalency is required. Applicants shall
