Must be able to obtain a Commercial Driver's License if requested.

One (1) to two (2) years' experience in cleaning chemicals and their proper uses, with ability to obtain Professional/Commercial experience through three (3) months of training. One (1) to two (2) years' experience in the operation of specialized equipment. Knowledge in effective cleaning and sanitizing techniques. Knowledge in basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical. Skilled in

the mixing of cleaning chemicals. Skilled in the handling of hazardous waste. FAILURE TO SUBMIT ALL OF THE INFORMATION BELOW WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION DURING THE SCREENING PROCESS.

All applicants are required to submit a Tribal employment application, copies of relevant transcripts and/or certificates, copy of a valid Montana driver' license, proof of Tribal enrollment from a federally recognized Tribe if other than CSKT, and if claiming veteran's preference, a copy of DD214 must be submitted. This is not a Testing Designated Position (TDP) within the definition of the CSKT Drug Testing policy. The successful applicant, if not already employed by the Tribes, must pass

a pre-hire drug test and serve a six (6) month probationary period. Salary is $13.10 to $15.05 per hour, plus benefits.

Maintenance workers are responsible for customer service, mechanical operation, repairs, housekeeping inside and outside of the store, store security, and assisting store cashier whenever possible. Maintenance workers repair, grease clean and test fuel pumps and associated equipment including refrigeration, HVAC systems and control systems.

They practice safe procedures in repairs and tool handling while wearing protective clothing and other necessary personal protective equipment. Maintenance workers clean and paint buildings, sidewalks, fuel islands, etc. and handle building and property upkeep to include landscaping and trash and snow removal. They are occasionally

exposed to cold and other outdoor weather conditions. Maintenance workers also maintain use or repair books, safety manuals, duty logs, pump inspections and electrical schematics, and maintain lights to included lamp and ballast replacement.

(Non-Exempt)Starting Wage DOE: $17.00 per hour The incumbent in this position is responsible for performing specific cleaning duties to maintain a clean and aspectic environment throughout the Billings Clinic campus and branch locations.

Duties include but are not limited to moving, furniture, equipment and supplies, carpet cleaning and a variety of housekeeping duties. Also responsible for laundry duties in specific units within the organization and these duties include but are not limited to coordinating the daily laundry service needs with departments; collection, sorting and weighing of soiled laundry, linen and garments; fold, count, stack and distribution of clean laundry and linen garments.

Maintains competency in all organizational, departmental and outside agency standards as it relates to the environment, employee, patient safety or job performance. Cleans and services areas within Billings Clinic. May be assigned to clean in one or more areas within the Billings Clinic campus to include cleaning occupied and discharged patient rooms, isolation rooms, patient care areas including physician's offices, surgery, dialysis, radiology, etc.

Duties include but are not limited to coordinating the daily laundry service needs with departments; collection, sorting and weighing of soiled laundry, linen and garments; fold, count, stack and distribution of clean laundry and linen garments. Maintains competency in all organizational, departmental and outside agency environmental, employee or patient safety standards relevant to job performance. Identifies needs and sets goals for own growth and development; meets all mandatory organizational and departmental requirements.
