Promote sanitary conditions that help inhibit odors and the transference of germs. Major Activities (Typical Duties/Responsibilities)1. Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.2.
Gather and empty trash.3. Service, clean, and supply restrooms.4. Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.5. Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.6. Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.7. Mix water and detergents in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according tospecifications.8. Steam-clean or shampoo carpets.9. Strip, seal, finish, and polish
floors.10. Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order toprevent damage to floors and fixtures.11. Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, either manually or by using hand trucks.12.
Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operatingsystems.13. Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.14. Set up, arrange, and remove decorations, tables, chairs, ladders, and scaffolding toprepare facilities for events such as banquets and meetings.15. Follow all safety/OSHA required guidelines16. Other duties as assigned. SKILLS/ABILITIES: • Work Schedule may vary; position requires flexibility
with schedule and days off, • Ability to lift-up to 30 lbs as necessary• Must be responsible for attendance, punctuality and consistent work performance duringscheduled work times.

maintenance, installation, repair and troubleshooting work involving batch plant equipment and facilities. This job will be performing maintenance part of the time and operating heavy equipment part of the time. Key Responsibilites (Essential Duties and Functions) Communicates with Maintenance Manager on issues affecting equipment maintenance, personnel, and safety.
Maintains and reports to Maintenance Manager with weekly project list. Participate in a preventative maintenance program to service plant equipment and facilities. Receives written work orders or verbal instructions from supervisor. Maintains project schedules and coordinates own daily work load. Works with Plant Managers
to establish timing of scheduled production plant maintenance according to factors such as production schedules, personnel for assistance, and availability of parts and equipment required for the repair.
Works with Quality Control Manager and Plant Managers to schedule and perform annual plant and equipment certifications. Works with and Maintenance Manager to schedule maintenance personnel update training and certifications. Works with Safety Department to correct safety and maintenance deficiencies. Ensures that equipment and facilities are in compliance with LRC, OSHA, and EPA regulations. Assists with scale calibrations at ready mix production plants. Attends seminars related to employee
and customer relation, proper equipment operation and maintenance, and product training updates.
Upon approval from Maintenance Manager and Operations Manager, attends associated industry meetings. Regular and predictable attendance at assigned times is required. Ability to run heavy machinery and equipment when needed. Other duties as assigned.
