Shift will be Monday-Friday with on-call maintenance duty (pager) on rotational basis. Starts at $20-$22.51. This position will require the ability to communicate effectively, prioritize workloads and respond appropriately to change. Must be able to follow and understand operation manuals/schematics and be able to read and understand the English
language. Three years of experience in building maintenance and working knowledge of building trades including carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, concrete and telecommunications is needed.
A valid Oregon driver's license is required. A valid State of Oregon Limited Maintenance Electrical License (LME) is preferred but not required.
