I had enlisted my parents owned an apartment complex in Texas so I have a lot of experience with maintenance and am currently a/c certified. I am very sufficient in electrical, plumbing, sheet rock, painting, framing, light roofing, all flooring installations, remodels, add- ons, landscaping, repainting, planting, sprinkler systems, up keep of lawns.
