Deliver basic training to new Retailers or refresher/remedial training to Retailers who may be performing procedures incorrectly, such as changing paper and ribbon.

Complete basic forms for reporting activities, equipment problems, recommendations for improvements to procedures, etc. Qualifications High school degree or GED equivalent required. 1 or more years of experience in a customer service related position 1 or more years of experience in technical repairs Must possess a valid driver's license, have a good driving record, and demonstrate the ability to correctly perceive colors. Responsibilities Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership - familiarizing yourself with the service department & procedures Assist Service Advisor in test-driving vehicles, and testing components and systems.

You will learn how to use diagnostic tools and special service equipment Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any

additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications Qualifications Minimum of 1 year in service department Technical degree preferred ASE certifications preferred High School Diploma or GED Ability to identify the problem quickly Effective analytical and communication skills Good reading, computer, and mathematics skills Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications Ability to lift 50 pounds Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic Computer Skills Positive, friendly attitude Come and join the top Nissan team on Long Island.
