Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from healthcare members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses. Qualifications: Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN/LVN will practice. Current TB or Chest X-Ray. Current BLS card. One Year prior Licensed Vocational
