Experience: Two years experience as social worker and/or discharge planner in psychiatric clinical setting. EQUIPMENT USED/SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED: Computer skills are required. degree of effectiveness in working with patients, families, physicians, hospital personnel and referral agencies. Possesses skills necessary to plan and coordinate a social service program and to work effectively with other disciplines.

Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (CPI) within 3 months of hire.
