optimal physical and emotional wellness. This RN supports Residential Services located in Springfield, MA, and will also work in our main office located in Easthampton, MA, where our programs all come together in a collaborative, supportive and flexible environment.

Our therapeutic approach to caring for our youth ensures our teams works together to support our clients and each other. This RN will: complete routine health backssments of youth per contractual regulations; ensure and oversee the proper ordering and checking in of meds in the residential programs; oversee and ensure compliance with MAP procedures and regulations, be responsible for MAP training of all residential staff;

administer medications to clients as needed; carry the nursing on-call phone and field any nursing calls from the programs. Qualifications include the following: Registered Nurse Licensure required in Massachusetts.

Minimum two years of residential or psychiatric experience. Successful completion and maintain certification as a MAP RN and MAP Nurse Monitor. Knowledgeable about trauma-informed care and general development stages of children and teens. Familiar with federal, state, regulatory and best practice recommendations with respect to de-escalation and restraint alternatives as well as humane restraint techniques. Approved CORI/DCF/Driving checks required. $3000 Sign-On Bonus!

$1500 to be paid after 6 consecutive months of active employment and $1500 after 12 consecutive months of active employment.

do… Our Day Program RN will function as an active member of the clinical interdisciplinary team, providing healthcare services that assist individuals in attaining and maintaining an optimum level of wellness throughout their lifespan. The RN will be responsible for communicating health care information to families and/or residential providers.

The RN will train newly hired employees on unique protocols monthly and as needed. The rate of pay is $38.00 per hour Benefits offered. This is a full time, 40 hour position, Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm. There is no on-call, nights or weekends required. Pay increase after 1 year of service, pending a performance evaluation. 4 weeks

Providing health care services that assist individuals in attaining and maintaining an optimum level of wellness throughout their lifespan. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the PCP, ensuring adherence to CARF, DDS, Medicaid and or DPH regulations. Ensuring daily management of medical needs and communication with

residences, administering first aid when necessary, making sound judgments about care needed with individual injuries and illnesses, and providing follow up, as necessary.

Providing direct support to individuals as needed. Maintaining medication books, appropriating sections of member medical files, etc. to ensure program compliance with all regulations established by DDS, DPH, CARF, and or Medicaid. Providing physical support, assisting with lifting, and transferring members who have physical challenges as needed. Qualifications and Skills Registered Nurse with current Massachusetts license. A valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and reliable transportation is required. Successful candidates will be required to complete a background check including references, CORI, and fingerprinting.
