A day in the life. As our Account Manager on the Business Insurance team, you'll be an integral part of a unit team assisting in monitoring and meeting deadlines for designated
accounts, timely and quality handling of new business, renewal business and customer service needs in collaboration with a Producer, Unit Manager and/or Account Executive.
You work closely with clients ensuring our commitment to superior customer service and integrity is never compromised. Our future colleague. finding your passion while making connections and growing your overall professional skills, providing a springboard into your next role at MMA. You will spend the first 9 months at MMA gaining exposure to multiple areas of our business, completing daily tasks in three to four business practice areas on a rotational basis.

Our goal is to provide insight into all areas of the insurance industry and act as a springboard into a full-time career in the role you desire.
