A day in the life. Marsh Mc Lennan Agency's internship is a comprehensive program that will provide you with real world business, risk management and insurance experience. In our 11-week, rotational
program, you will learn to apply classroom concepts through professional project work and client interaction. You'll also develop professional skills that will serve you the rest of your career.
MMA's internship program gives you the chance to find your interest and place in the insurance industry. Our goal is to provide insight into all areas of the insurance industry and act as a springboard into a full-time career in the role you desire. Our internship will focus on the tools needed to build a solid foundation for our Client Management or Sales career pathways. Our future colleague. equivalent is required. Ideal candidate will have completed two (2) semesters of college course work studying in an area of business.

A day in the life. The Agency Associate (Early Career Program) is a full-time, permanent opportunity with the unique advantage of
finding your passion while making connections and growing your overall professional skills, providing a springboard into your next role at MMA. You will spend the first 9 months at MMA gaining exposure to multiple areas of our business, completing daily tasks in three to four business practice areas on a rotational basis.
You will learn how to affectively handle new business, renewal business, and customer service needs inside Business Insurance, Employee Health and Benefits, Personal Lines, Surety, or Retirement practices, in preparation for beginning a practice area focused career path. Upon successful completion of program, practice area focus will be based on interest, interview and

accounts, timely and quality handling of new business, renewal business and customer service needs in collaboration with a Producer, Unit Manager and/or Account Executive.
