but not limited to) Participate in the development of design documentation in various architectural phases including site plans, floor plans, building elevations, sections, details, etc.
Utilize CAD/sketchup and other software to produce drawings, 3D renderings, and architectural details. Maintain project schedule, documents, data and files. Attend scheduled project manager, estimator and operations meetings upon request. Work collaboratively within a team environment. Will be involved in all phases of the design process and involved in a variety of project types including commercial, residential, office, storage facilities, and assisted living facilities. Analyze, interpret, and apply
applicable codes, regulations, and requirements. Coordinate the architectural design with other team members, disciplines, contractors, owners, and external consultants.
Assist with construction administration duties. Maintain regular, in-person and punctual attendance. Qualifications Past experience with residential construction drawings and Auto CAD software is a must. Candidate must be proficient with Auto CAD. Good working knowledge of Windows operating system and Microsoft Office, Excel and Word. Have a good understanding of the construction industry and building practices.
