The Recovery Village Cherry Hill at Cooper (RVCH) continues our organization’s renowned approach to addiction recovery, which combines
evidence-based treatment with holistic programming that promotes wellness in body and mind. Our 90-bed, 55,000-square-foot facility offers a full continuum of care, ranging from the initial detox process to the aftercare services provided when treatment ends.
Clients also participate in our Weekly Recovery Compass program, which helps to directly identify, monitor and address potential setbacks that can be counterproductive to recovery. Take the first step toward making a difference and saving lives. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing education and training per state regulations to CADC’s and CADC Interns. CORE JOB DUTIES: 1. Provides Individual and Group Clinical Supervision
to CADC and CADC Interns 2. Audits documentation to ensure compliance to company policy, state regulations, Joint Commission standards and Medical Needs Criteria.
This Includes: a. Biopsychosocial backssment b. Integrated Summary c. Comprehensive Problem List d. Integrated Master Treatment Plan and Updates e. Individual, family, and group therapy session notes f. Discharge Summary 3. Monitors group therapy sessions to ensure quality programming is delivered and to ensure compliance to the program curriculum. 4. Provides group therapy. 5. Provides caseload management. OTHER REQUIRED TASKS: 1. Assists Clinical Director, as needed, to ensure unplanned discharges remain below 15% by analyzing data and developing and implementing effective reduction plans.
2. Assists Clinical Director, as needed, with meeting with all employees at least bi-monthly to provide feedback on documentation and therapeutic performance and to provide guidance and coaching as needed. 3. Assists Clinical Director, as needed, to effectively monitor staff’s performance, providing coaching and discipline as needed to ensure peak performance. 4. Consistently identifies areas for improvement within the department by analyzing data and developing, implementing and documenting plans for improvement and outcomes.
5. Assists the Clinical Director to recruit and hire clinical team members. 6. Maintains positive relationships with all staff. 7. Creates a positive environment for staff. 8. Provides a safe and therapeutic environment to all staff and patients. 9. Performs other tasks, as assigned.
