cases for trial, including witness preparation and trial strategy. Report case developments to insurance carriers and other clients. Summarize medical document reviews for case evaluation.
Exposure to preparing motions, conducting examinations under oath and depositions, and conducting extensive document reviews in sophisticated insurance litigation. Requirements:5+ years of experience in Insurance Defense Litigation. Familiarity with all phases of discovery. Strong interest in investigating and litigating insurance claims.
