The position will also provide meaningful experiential opportunities to perform substantive legal research; draft legal memoranda, briefs, and pleadings; and accompany attorneys to court. Assignments as directed by attorneys within the firm involving legal research, drafting, organization of exhibits and other documents, and attendance at depositions and hearings within
local magistrate, state, and federal courts. Interact with clients of the firm. Proficiently use computers, including MS Office Suite, for correspondence, research, reports, and email communication.
