Manage all aspects of complex real estate transactions for clients of varying sizes and industries. Gained direct client interaction and business development experience, and took significant responsibility for complex legal matters. Preferably
bring a minimal portable book of business. Handle complex real estate developments, financing transactions, acquisitions and dispositions, commercial lease transactions, zoning, land use, and condominium matters.
Requirements:7+ years of real estate or related transactional law experience J.
