Job Summary The Project Lead is the “voice of the customer” in our Oldcastle Infrastructure (OI) facilities. The Project Lead is responsible for the customer experience from the point of sale to on-site delivery. Provide direction and oversight to all aspects of the project team; engineering, production planning, transportation, procurement and accounting.

Prepare any applicable change order proposals in a timely manner, whether owner/ client/ engineer request or by generation from OI. Monitors the progress and status from the point of sales as it moves through the process, and acts to problem solve proactively, offers technical advice, and assists other staff to expedite assigned projects, removes obstacles which may cause a project to fall behind schedule. Ensures a mentality of continuous improvement of processes and systems.

If needed, coordinate site visits and work with the customer to ensure that all issues that arise from the point of sale to completion of the project are resolved promptly, including but not limited to change orders, adjustments to schedule and collect information as appropriate to each assigned project. Identify and requisition special purchase items as required. Managing the required submittals/approvals with customer as required. Communicate with the Transportation department on the initial delivery needs of the customer and follow up when required. Working with other project managers and the plant manager to manage the long-term schedule to minimize conflicts with operational restrictions.

Job Summary Responsible for providing first-line supervision/ direction of Radiation Protection Technicians pertaining to the plant performance and functioning of a Boiling Water Reactor (BWR) or Pressurized Water Reactor (PWR) in a Nuclear Power Plant. Job Responsibilities Responsibilities: Provide field oversight of Radiation Protection (RP) activities and assigning, supervising and coordinate the work of represented personnel in Radiation Protection. Develop, implement work schedules, make technical

assignments and administer the collective bargaining agreement.

Ensure work activities meet and exceed the requirements and standards as established in 10CFR, related Regulatory Guides, and INPO Good Practices Guidelines. Provide administrative oversight for key elements of the RP program. Manage the industrial relations of the group, including performance management. Job Specific Qualifications REQUIRED: High School Degree or GED Four (4) years of Radiation Protection experience with one year working within a Nuclear power plant at a BWR/PWR operating plant or Commercial Industry. ALARA program implementation. Supervisory Experience Must be able to obtain supervisory qualifications required for this position (ANSI quals).

Must possess a strong background in the planning/scheduling function. Strong computer skills (Microsoft), Data Base Applications, and/or Crystal report writing. Must be technically knowledgeable in multiple facets of Health Physics programs and regulations Good oral and written communication skills. Must be able to obtain/maintain unescorted site access at Nuclear. DESIRED: • BS Physical Science or equivalent education/experience in a field of Science. • Experience in directing/supervising bargaining unit personnel.
