Job Position Description: We are looking for a full-time 2nd Shift Production Supervisor that will plan and direct the overall production activities of the Production Technicians to meet customer demands, specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have previous production
supervision experience and have a strong aptitude and understanding of manufacturing machinery and tools. Experience in precision gear manufacturing processes is a plus!
You must also by a self-starter with the ability to motivate, direct, and train others. The salary range for this position is $68K-$90K annually, based on experience.
