Initiates Change to Process Request(s) as needed. Develop processes to manufacture new products and adapt existing processes to improve and/or reduce the cost of producing die castings. Conduct machine capability studies on a semiannual frequency and generate graphs to compare against previous data. Assist in D. O. E. Ride bike proficiently on single track, mountainous terrain. Utilize basic bike repair skills. Help assist in steep angle rescue and hike in steep, rocky terrain proficiently. Work outside in the sun for extended periods of time.

Use heavy tools such as picks, shovels, weed eaters, chainsaws etc. following safe practices and full use of PPE. Assist in building and maintaining biking and hiking trails.
