The candidate shall conduct precise inventories and be responsible for test

accountability/security. The candidate shall oversee and maintain the integrity of the testing facility to include following all the procedural guidance issued by Headquarters United States Air Force, Air Force Space Command, Defense Language Institute, Air Force Institutefor Advanced Distributed Learning (AFIADL), Defense Activity for Non-Traditional Education Support (DANTES), Educational Testing Services (ETS), Distance Learning and educational institutions.

Qualifications: A bachelor degree from an accredited American college or university is required. Excellentcustomer service skills and verbal communication skills are essential. Appropriate relatedprofessional work or volunteer experience desirable.

Knowledge of/experience with AFterminology, office procedures, and education programs plus familiarity/facility with WINDOWS, Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel and Access is desirable. Resumes and transcripts shall be submitted with bid packages to the base contracting office. Duties: Required to order, stock, distribute, proctor, mail, receive, or destroy tests and /or related materials in accordance with local procedures, checklists or guidance from the test owner. The candidate shall be responsible for following the local Test Examiner Procedures and Guidelines on a daily basis, in accordance with the candidate's schedule.

The candidate's duties shall include, but are not limited to: • Receive and process tests in accordance with local procedures and guidance• Print testing roster, pull appropriate tests/answer sheets and print student validationfor Cer Tests/E-exams prior to testing session. • Independently conduct testing sessions ensuring all policies and procedures arefollowed• Coordinate with colleges/universities to ensure they know proctors contactinformation, method of delivering tests to test center and how tests are to bereturned to school after completion.

• Uses the Air Force Automated Education Management System (AFAEMS) to maintaintest rosters and schedule students. • Verifies student's testing eligibility in CDSAR, AUSIS, TCO Portal, or Prometric. • Ensures that PME testing scores have been received and posted to CDSAR/AUSIS

Pie Line Employee responsibilities primarily follows all department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while still maintaining Company quality, quantity, and safety standards. Positions available on 1st shift. Work schedule is Monday thru Friday 5am - 3pm or 7am - 5pm, with a scheduled 8 hour day to be determined. Operates equipment and machines according to safety standards. Communicates to machine operators adjustments needed to meet product specification. Maintains observant to foreign objects or materials in the fruit, pie bottom, and along production process. Communicates with Supervisor regarding dough batches and pies that do not meet Company quality standards. Identifies defect pies to inspection for rework back onto the production line. May repair, handle and/or redistribute rework pies back to pie line for re-topping.

Checks and fills all flour hoppers, sugar hoppers, and pan droppers while making machine adjustments as needed. Communicates with other employees regarding changes or concerns about the product quality during production runs. Documents and completes production paperwork as needed for each necessary task. Documents and tracks the pie line production runs and down time as needed for each necessary task. Must have the ability to work both individually and with a team. Perform any other duties as may be assigned by supervisors or management. Candidates must possess knowledge of basic math skills, knowledge of basic units of measurement and measurement conversion, and multitasking skills.

Food safety knowledge is preferred for this role. Candidates must have the ability to have both verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Education requirements include high school diploma or equivalent, previous food manufacturing experience preferred. Work environment is primarily in a bakery manufacturing environment that works with most major food allergens.
